After completing training IT freezes and won't give me the points. it just means I'm spending time on training but not receiving the points there for It takes longer to get rewards. I used to be on the "platinum" level and I was drop to "member" level which is beginner level . I don't feel motivated to continue with the training.

while the new app is prettier for sure, it is extremely painful to look at because of how bright white it is. there's a tiny bit of color in a few of the buttons now and some of the borders look nice, but the app is almost completely empty and as bright white as it can be. dark themes and dark modes need to be seen as mandatory by Developers, it is inaccessibility thing for those of us that get migraines from Bright light.

Lots of times the app just dies and stops working. Or it doesn't have any prizes worth getting so points just sit and rot. But as of right now I cannot even access the app. It won't let me sign in. It won't even get to the log in screen Just stuck on a "processing" screen. But I'm not surprised. Been using it for years and the app works when it wants Edit: emailed support and got nothing back. Again not surprised. They've only seemingly answered one person here and told them to email support.
